Video as a training tool

I think video is a great training tool for you to look at what you're doing and how you move.  You can't always tell what sort of progress you're making just from watching yourself in the mirror.  Below is a link to Instrutor Pimenta going through some moves that he recorded as a training tool to look at and see how he can fine tune his technique.
